macOS dictation leaves the transcript on the clipboard for longer

    Fix shipped and deployed. We're now monitoring the clipboard-restore issue. Please let us know if you continue to see it — note this does not resolve the separate Chrome clipboard issue.

    We have identified an issue that causes the dictation transcript to persist on the clipboard for a much longer time on some macOS applications. Users may notice that Cmd-V pastes the dictation and not what they copied prior to dictating. We are working on a mitigation.
