    We’re aware of an issue affecting some iOS users where a portion of audio may not appear in the transcription if the internet connection becomes unstable during processing. The audio itself is not lost, and the full transcription is typically still available once the request completes.

    If you encounter this, you can:

    • Retry the transcription from History

    • Close and reopen the app to refresh it

    Our team is actively working on a fix to improve handling and automatic refresh in these situations. We appreciate your patience while we resolve this.
