  Backend services have fully recovered. Authentication, subscription sync, account provisioning, and dictation performance are back to normal. Thanks for your patience while we worked through this.

  Production traffic has been restored and is succeeding for the vast majority of requests. A small number of non-critical endpoints are still being worked on. Authentication, subscription sync, and dictation should be back to normal. We'll continue monitoring and post a final update once everything is fully restored.

  Update: We've identified the issue affecting our authentication layer. Sign-in, subscription sync, and insights are affected across all platforms. Dictation for already-signed-in users is unaffected. A mitigation is prepared and pending review. We'll post the next update as it rolls out.

  We're investigating a degradation in our backend services. Authentication, subscription state synchronization, and new account provisioning may be intermittently unavailable. Some users may also see degraded dictation performance, including delayed or failed transcription. Our engineering team is actively working on a fix, and we'll post updates here as we have them.
