    This incident is now resolved. Error rates have returned to normal across iOS, desktop, and the admin portal. Authenticated requests (sign-in, sync, subscription checks, insights, admin actions) are operating as expected. Thanks for your patience while we worked through this.

    We're currently investigating elevated error rates affecting iOS, desktop, and admin.wisprflow.ai. Users may experience failed requests, slow loading, or intermittent 500 errors. If you're already signed in, dictation should continue to work, but API calls (sync, subscription checks, insights, admin portal actions) may fail intermittently. We've identified the issue and are actively working on a fix. We'll post an update as soon as it's resolved.
