A fix has been released, and the issue should now be resolved. Please update the iOS app to the latest version (1.30) in the app store and reach out to support if you're still running into any problems.

We’re seeing a transcription failure issue on Flow iOS for some users where transcripts frequently fail with a “Taking longer than usual” state and ultimately return as “transcription is empty”. This does not appear to be related to network connectivity or Wi-Fi reliability. It seems to happen more often on longer transcripts.
We have identified the issue and will work to resolve it as soon as possible.
